On the 8th May 2024 Kirsty our Administrator attend the Annual kings Garden party to represent Westerleigh Nursing Home for outstanding service to Care. she has worked in the care service for 32 years and has been working at Westerleigh Nursing Home since 2013 along side the nursing team supporting the home during Covid and in more recent years as the administrator and Infection prevention champion. Kirsty had a amazing day and expressed “What a amazing day and memories I shall treasure forever, we had beautiful weather with high tea and bands playing while we waited for The King and Consort to arrive , the Yeomen of the guard were in standing it truly was a fabulous day , I am thankful I was able to represent Westerleigh Nursing Home on this special day as its also my wedding anniversary to my husband Steve who also attended as my escort” .
