Westerleigh Nursing Home in Seaford, East Sussex, is seeking to recruit RN's to join the team, for Bank duties, day/night shifts.

You must have a valid UK PIN, and need to be able to work shifts, sometimes at short notice.

We have a Clinical Lead who heads up our caring and supportive RN Team, and also a Home Manager, and there are opportunities for RN's for learning and development. The RN's lead and support the Care Team to deliver outstanding care to our Residents, as part of our happy, caring and compassionate workforce.

Westerleigh is a 30 bed Nursing Home for Older People, and achieved a Good CQC rating at the last inspection.

The health care assistant team works with the guidance of the Registered Nurses, and you must be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Experience preferred, but if you have the right attitude, we can support you to obtain the skills needed for this demanding, but rewarding, role. Training is provided for all staff, as are uniforms, and breaks on duty are paid.

Currently we need HCA's to work days, 8am to 2pm and 2pm to 8pm. We are rated as Good by CQC, and are a caring and supportive employer. We can offer between 12-42 hours a week.

Would you like to work as part of a small and happy team in our 30 bed Nursing Home for older people in Seaford?

We need people to work as House Keepers, 8am to 1pm, cleaning Residents rooms, communal areas and undertaking from time to time some laundry duties + occasionally washing up in the kitchen. We have Saturday and Sunday vacancies, and also every Monday and alternate Fridays + additional hours to cover your colleagues holidays.

We put our Residents at the centre of all we do at Westerleigh, and offer the best personalised care possible to them. You will need to be kind and caring, able to work under the guidance of the Head Housekeeper, complete paperwork as required and attend training (for which you are paid). We offer paid breaks, uniforms and the opportunity to progress to other job roles if you wish. You will be required to undertake and pay for a Disclosure and Barring Service Check, and provide references, one of which must be your current employer. Minimum age 18 years old.
